Create an Account
This quickstart is the getting started guide for Evidence — a hands-on data analytics tutorial that walks you through building a business report example from scratch, taking you from an empty report to a published page in under 5 minutes. By the end, you’ll build a dashboard and have a working business intelligence example you can share with your team.1
Sign Up
Register at Evidence Studio and create a new account.
You can SSO with Google, Github or Microsoft, or sign up with an email and password.

Edit Your First Report
You’ll start on an empty report. Type markdown in the editor on the left hand side, and you’ll
get a preview of the report on the right hand side.

Publish your Report
When you are happy with your changes, click the “Share” button in the top right corner, and then
choose the “Publish” button. After a few seconds, you’ll see a link to your report.
